Quarterly CPE Events
It's been a busy few years at ValidPath, where we have endeavoured to step up our workshop provision, in order to help Member firms get their businesses in a fit enough shape, ready for RDR implementation.
In 2009, we ran a series of Investment Advice Proposition workshops around the UK, focused on helping IFAs to review the basis on which they provide clients with advice in this area, identify the core components of the proposition, and then develop a framework which delivers on every point, whilst de-risking the advice process itself.
In 2010, we helped run an RDR Strategic Event for the ICAEW in London, and then organised Adviser Accelerator and ValidPartner (elite) events for our Members.
To kick off 2011, we ran our RDR Attack event on February 9th, and are currently working on our next offering, to be announced soon.

Perhaps you are tired of us repeating it, but because we are (apparently) about the only Network doing it, it may bear repetition.
We do not charge product or service-providers for the privilege of speaking at our workshops and seminars. We think it undermines independence and integrity, and we'd like you to feel that a given company is presenting to you because they have something worthwhile to offer, rather than that they have generously lined our pockets.
The downside to this approach is that we have to charge for our events (which we do on a minimal cost basis) but we continue to think that you would prefer this against being forced to sit through presentations where you are being flogged 'stuff' that you are not interested in.
