New service Proposition

From 1st April 2011, ValidPath has gone live with a two-tier Network service proposition. We have recognised that not all regulated firms want the same things from us, so from now on we offer the following approaches:
| At lower cost |
Core service, encompassing: authorisation, PII, backoffice, compliance-checking, supervision and commission processing |
| At slightly higher cost |
'ValidPartners' service, including all of the above plus a comprehensive range of practice-development, marketing, telephone support and training services. |
Precise details are available upon request, but both levels of service are based upon the following principles:
- absolute transparency in terms of charges
- absolute transparency in support and features
- the best possible terms negotiated with third parties for software and paraplanner support
- full weekly reconciliation of commission and fees
- absolutely no VAT
- no insidious financial arrangements which introduce conflicts of interest or undermine full independence
- a commitment to ethical professionalism that is increasingly rare in the financial services marketplace
